Isaac Simmons is a recognized leader in Nuclear Safeguards & Security and Inmate Telecommunications. He has a proven track record of leading large-scale para-military operations and leading nationwide projects implementing state-of-the-art voice biometric software for a multi-million-dollar technology company, the U.S. Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration, and Homeland Security.
His accomplishments span from helping lead the Homeland Security Presidential-12 effort (HSPD-12) directive for the Y-12 Security Complex and DOE Oak Ridge, TN, implement and managed the first DOE explosive breaching range at Idaho National Laboratories, and received an award of leadership excellence, from Securus Technologies, for successfully organizing and completing the NY DOC IPRO Voice Biometrics implementation.
Over his 20-year career, including eight years in the U.S.Army, Isaac has successfully progressed up the ranks in leading roles from Operations Officer, Protective Force Services Manager, I.T. Manager, and Assistant Program Manager. He has managed budgets over $40M with para-military teams of 350 and holds a B.S. and MBA.
